Store Policy

Damaged or defective product must NOT be assembled or installed. Assembly or installation equates to buyer’s acceptance of the item.

Types of claims that will be covered by store policy:

Visible freight damage: Any visible damage from transport must be noted and photographed prior to the box being opened.

Concealed Damage: Any concealed damage (damage found after opening packages) claims must be noted and photographed immediately upon unpacking cabinets. Once the cabinets are assembled in any way, we cannot replace damaged cabinets.

Shortage: If there is an item or items missing from your order please note.

Claims must be made within ONE WEEK of product pick up. Claims must be reported by email to john@arenacabinets.com. No claims will be allowed without the order number and confirmation paperwork. Pictures are required to file a claim for damaged items. If the claim is approved, only the piece damaged or missing will be replaced. Refunds will not be given for damaged product.

If there is a mistake with your order, please email our Order department at john@arenacabinets.com with your order number, buyer’s name and address, and a brief description of the mistake. We will respond with a confirmation email and we will proceed to remedy the error as soon as possible.

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
